First efforts are to plant willows and red alder along my newly created "creek", (more natural look and prevent erosion). Then plant beech, oak, some high bush cranberries. Have taken take soil samples. While I wait for some more feedback on the soil (I know that it is poor, lots of juniper growing there), will probably prep the land.
