My son wanted to hunt black bear after he graduated high school so I did my research and went with McGregor River Outfitters. Eric and Monica were awesome from the time they picked us up at the airport to the time we were dropped back off. I've been on many guided trips and I, like most hunters, can tell when an outfitter is just doing their job or when they truly love "the hunt". Well, I can tell you that both Eric and Monica truly love the hunt. They both went above and beyond to make our trip special. We saw good bears every day and needless to say, we both tagged out on some huge black bears. Eric and Monica made our hunt one that we will never forget. I look forward to making another hunt and sitting around the fire again with a couple of good people I now consider friends.
