My grandson and I just returned from Pine Acres.We had a successful hunt as we both got bears. The hunt was great but we had to stay patient and hunt like Chris suggested. It was kinda a tough hunt due to the really warm weather but we kept at it and both got our bears. The camp is nice as the cabin was awesome. Chris provided info, bait, stands etc for us and checked and discussed our hunts daily. Chris really helped us be successful. My grandson got his bear on the first sit and I got mine on the last sit. If you are kinda a DIY guy and don't mind putting out your bait daily ( it's very easy ) this is the place for you. The advantage to this is you can choose when you go to stand and choose what stand you want to hunt ( 2 to choose from usually ). This is a lower price hunt because you do some stuff yourself and the quality is the same as higher priced hunts. 7 out of 9 hunters took bears. 2 hunters took bears over 400lbs. No complaints about anything. Chris really knows his bears. Thanks Chris for the hunt and helping us be successful! We will be returning again.
