What an experience! Chris put me on a bait site the first day. We baited that sight at 12:00 in the afternoon and returned to camp. I went back to hunt that evening a couple hours later and the bait had already been hit. I hunted that sight a couple of days but no sightings Chris didn't hesitate and immediately moved me to another site. First evening at the new location I had a large beautiful black bear come into the bait and offered me a perfect shot opportunity. Somehow I managed to keep my wits about me and made a perfect shot, shooting a Howard Hill longbow, cedar shafts and Howard Hill broadhead. Chris and Saxon will put you on the most active sight based on your weapon of choice. My bear only went about 80-100 yards. Saxon James is also a work horse of a young man and took care of me in every way possible. I then spent the next few days around camp fishing and enjoying Canada. I don't think it is possible to be treated any better by anyone on a bear hunt and had the time of my life. Would I go back? I have already booked again for next year along with a couple of my family members. Thank you Chris, Saxon and Lottie!
