We had temperatures in the high 20's and low 30's in the morning. The afternoon weather was predicted to get to the low 40's. Snow was spotty when driving around looking to cut a track, but sufficient for the hounds to do their work once released. Once we got into the woods the snow cover was not deep but consistent.
