Wow is all I can say about Mike Connett and Wide Rack Outfitters. Mike has put together a great camp and the property is a whitetail paradise. On each of my sits I saw a good number of deer and in the 2 1/2 days I hunted (tagged out 3rd morning) I saw 2 shooters. One was mid to high 140's and the one I shot. I saw a number of great up and comers as well as plenty of doe and yearlings. I also saw a ton of turkey, a few groups of birds numbered in the 60s or 70s.
It is evident that the stands are not over hunted as the game was not weary around stand locations. Despite funky weather while I was there, the game was still very active. One evening I was in my stand with gusting winds to 30-35 mph and I still saw deer..
In any event I would have no hesitation recommending Wide Rack to any of my friends or family and I am booked for the same week in 2015.

arcric blast of air pushed winds up to 35 mph but with plummeting temperatures the deer were on their feet. Went from mid 30s to low teens overnight. All in all beautiful though!
