First off, I will acknowledge that harsh weather conditions made success on this hunt very difficult. However, there were many logistical things and other issues that became entirely unacceptable to me by the hunt's end. Bad equipment, wasted time when we could have been hunting, not being allowed to shoot animals because it was too much work to get it out, outfitter unavailable via sat phone for 24 hrs, and a number of other issues that I would be happy to discuss in detail for anyone desiring more info. I've hunted with a number of outfitters over the years and Arctic Red came highly recommended but I would have to disagree. My attempts at discussing these issues with SFW who own ARO have gone unanswered.
