the owner of triple s ranch was very misleading over the phone about quality and price. told you one price over the phone then when i arrived the price went up a great deal for the same animal you had discused over the phone. he also lead me to believe it would be very hard to hunt the animals i wanted with a bow so i took my muzzle loader, in reality the animals would not have been difficult at all with a bow.he has the animals but his word is no good. bates you in then changes the price on game very dishonest.dont waste your time with this guy

We have been in business for over 11 years and diligently work to ensure we do NOT have customer satisfaction issues because we hold customer service in the highest regard. Please check the internet ... we have had many hundreds of clients visit our ranch, and you do not find such bad reviews. This hunter hunted with one of our new guides at the time, Charles, and apparently there was confusion with pricing from the guide, but I was never informed of it. The hunter left here with their trophy and did not discuss any problems when I personally checked him out. We have lots of animals and any such ranch will all have somewhat complicated pricing because industry standards are value is determined by the trophy score of any animal harvested, and everyone knows that scoring in the field on an alive animal is not easy. Most importantly, we have all kinds of wildlife on our ranch, and that is the beauty of our ranch. Some of our animals are as wild as any wildlife you have ever hunted any where, and some are more tame so our non-hunting clients can enjoy and take pictures. We make the hunt as challenging as the hunters wants ... not all hunters can accommodate challenging. Charles was NOT aware this client wanted a challenging experience for their SSS Ranch hunt. All in all, we greatly apologize to this hunter and offered him another hunt at a big discount for them to try us again. Thank you for allowing our side of the story.
