this was by far the best hunting week I have had in my life. I was impressed with the knowledge of Mike, the outfitter. I was in camp with three of my friends from Mississippi and two other guys from up north who I now call friends. Mike and his wife Elena are wonderful people who love the Lord and love people. This was my first trip to an outfitter ever and I was not sure what to expect. I must say that my experience was more than I could have imagined. Not only is Elena an amazing cook but you get more food than you can handle. I took snacks but came home with all of them. The five days I was on stand I saw probably 30 to 40 deer. God willing and the creek don't rise I WILL be back next year.
Bobby, Thank you for your humbling report. Ms Elena says next year you get an extra dessert at each meal! We are really glad you had such a Great week. And it would have been even better if that big ol buck had taken those few more steps to put him in your shooting lane for a clear shot. Looking forward to your return next season.
