Considering there was a full moon out all night and the day time temperatures were in the high 80's, the outfitter can not be held responsible for the quantity and quality of game seen on this hunt. However people in camp did see lots of quality moose the first two days of the hunt, which is when the weather stopped almost all day time moose movement. Other than that, the signs indicate there are plenty of moose in the area and the accomodations, guides, and camp cook were all very good. I plan to use this outfitter again as soon as I can save the money for the trip.
The weather was really warm most of the week and the full moon keep animals on the move during the night.But even with that, Brian was still able to take a bull and fill the freezer with meat. Thanks for everything Brian.
It wasn't warm....it was HOT, there was a full moon all night, and hurricanes heading up the coast caused high wind conditions on a few of the days
