Jim takes very good care of you, and is a great guy. The food is awesome and the accomidations were great too. I shot two animals and could have easily done all three. (exotic, sheep, pig) However, for whatever reason some of my fellow hunters were not able to harvest anything. The Axis were more or less non-existent. And the fallow and sika were in velvet which doesnt help. I guess thats just the way hunting goes.
Hey there Kalab--thanks for writing a report Brother...Ya sure were not afraid to put some Carbon in the air--congrats on a great hunt.
As far as the Axis went, you left in the morning and the group that was supposed to come 3 days later showed up that same evening you left and ended up killing an Axis the very next morning and another guy missed one...Guess that's the way it goes sometimes--FYI, there was an audible sigh that could be hear when the Critters realized you had left the ranch for good; miss ya Brother!!!!
