I have elk hunted 4 other times with different outfitters and this was by far the best hunt I have ever been on. The accommodations (tent camp) were top of the line and the ranch I hunted on had elk sign all over it. The only negative about my hunt was that it ended too quickly. My first day began chasing numerous bugling elk in the morning that were just out of bow range. That same evening I was set up on a beautiful water hole that brought in a 320” bull at 8 yds! I made an easy chip shot and recovered my elk 50 yds from my stand. Pre-hunt communication was excellent from the outfitter. They provided me with a map of the area, detailed information on where the elk may be, and trail camera photos throughout the summer. I would highly recommend this outfitter for anyone that is a looking for a good quality hunting experience, honest communication, and reasonable license cost. I will definitely be hunting with these guys again.

Like Jeff said, it was a short but sweet hunt! The only problem I can foresee with Jeff coming back is he might start passing great bulls just so his hunt will last longer! ;) I look forward to setting up Jeff with another elk hunt.
