I recommend this outfitter
I have been on several outfitted hunts in Il and these guys are the best. They only run 3-4 weeks of rut hunts so they do not overhunt the land. I hunted for a total of 4.5 hours seeing 9 bucks all but 1 within 25 yards of the stand. Of the 9 bucks 5 were 125" or better and I shot my best buck which was a 150" 8 point. the food was excellent, Stands were comfortable and placed where you would kill deer. A+ outfit.
