The camp was good. The guide was good. After 5 full days I did not see anything close to what any decent bowhnt would consider a "shooter". The area we hunted was not prescouted. There were also two other hunters in camp who left early. No good game seen. My good friend also just came back from his hunt with Diamond Outfitters. He left after just one day. Leave camp at 3am. Drive 2 1/2 hours to a blind at a water hole. Only one short stool in the blind. A very uncomfortable day, kneeling, bent over, all to see out the blind window. 30 whitetail deer showed up. None over 70". Then the long 2 1/2 hour drive back to camp. My friend saw the hand writing on the wall and left camp with a stiff back after a long terrible uncomfortable day in a blind. No spike camp close to the water hole. No hotel in a nearby town. Terrible logistics and terrible hunting conditions. Dan Adler over sells his hunts and it seems, under performs. I have hunter all over the US and Diamond Outfitters is the worst hunt I have ever experienced.
