For anyone looking for a spot and stalk bear hunt, I highly recommend Opatcho Lake outfitters. I have hunted with Opatcho Lake outfitters for the past four years with good success stalking and taking bears with a traditional bow. The area supports a high density of bears and Ken Watson is knowledgeable and determined when it comes to creating opportunities for his hunters to take bears up close on the ground. The camp sits next to a beautiful lake in a remote and picturesque region of British Colombia. Camp amenities are superb. Ken's ethics and integrity are first rate. I look forward to return to Opatcho Lake for future hunting experiences.
