John runs a first class, tight ship. He has the bears in his area thanks to a huge provincial park that borders next to his hunting area that off limits to hunting! John is on top of every aspect of the hunt. I saw several bears and one whopper. Lodge is clean and comfortable with the meals being great. Very limited numbers taken on the hunt, only 4 a week in camp, but only a handful a year actually book. In 2007 I think there were only four for the whole spring season. I am already booked for next year and did so during the hunt before I even harvested a bear. I have several friends fighting it out for the other three spots that week, that want to go along.
