I would highly reccomend Verdigris Valley to anyone, Awsome hunt. For the bowhunter that is willing to put in the stand time and be patient the Big ones are definatly there. I saw ant least one shooter every time I was on stand. When I say shooter I mean 140 or better. I also saw sevral bucks in the 170 plus range, but as hunting big bucks go they would not come into range. There is no shortage of quality animals in this area. The hospitality at the lodge was great. Doug works hard to provide a quality hunt and then after the hunt he is fun to talk to and fun to be around.
