Kevin Wilson is an avid archery hunter with several years of experience hunting northern whitetails. The stand locations, weather and travel route to and from the stand are some of the factors they consider for each morning and evening hunt. The hunting area is secluded and I felt comfortable at any point of the day whitetails would move. As you may notice, my ratings are not superior for every category only because I'm giving you my experience. Our conditions were 20-30 degrees warmer than normal and deer activity was minimal. The week prior they had snow and the pre-rut was just starting so this warm spell put everything on hold. The terrain was dense in areas but then opened into nice parks with some shallow corridors offering excellent pinch points. Not to mention the mature rubs on these points were astronomical... One thing to remember in choosing your next whitetail outfitter, how personal and flexible is your guide. This is important for archery hunters due to vast opinions and ideas each of us have. Looking back at my experience with Kevin, I would definitely say he met all my expectations and without a doubt I gained knowledge for my future whitetail experiences.
