I recommend this outfitter

I have been to hunt with Jim a 4 or 5 times now. I have shot hogs each time with the exception of once when it rained nearly all weekend which was of course out of his hands. One thing to keep in mind when hunting with Jim, this is a free range hunt for truly wild hogs in S. Florida. I know most people think of giant 300 lbs hogs when they think FL, but I have lived in FL nearly my whole life and while we do get some big ones, the average sized FL wild pig is 70-150 lbs. If you are looking for a guaranteed hunt for a big, stinky boar where they all come in to the dinner bell, this is not going to be your place. If you want a real hunt for real eating sized pigs with the still reasonably high chance for a big one, this is a good spot. It's trad oriented so he is set up for very close shots. Unlike the high fenced, stocked places, it isn't as simple as turning on the feeder and getting a shot. Some degree of skill is still required to hunt true wild pigs. They are actually quite smart and will smell you and not be back! You need to pay attention to the wind and be very careful where you step. He does operate a feeder hunt primarily but spot and stalk is an option with some pros and cons to each. Listen to what he has to say and follow his suggestions and you will see some hogs. If your scent is blowing into the direction of the pigs or the feeder, you need to move around until the wind is in your favor. A lot of the hunting area is abandoned orange grove and does seem to be much higher in numbers of pigs when the fruit is falling. ask Jim for the best time to come and keep in mind if you choose your own weekend out of convenience, it may not be the optimum time of year. He allows you to shoot 2 hogs so my best advice is to shoot the first one that comes in, big or small.... then switch to trophy mode. The pigs are not dumb farm animals like some high fenced places so don't spend too much time him-hawwing if it's big enough. Make your decision and get one arrowed. Be sure before going that you are fully aware of a hogs forward kill zone and be well practiced to hit the soft spot above the leg. I am kinda a DIY kinda guy so I always ask to take care of myself and my own pigs and he lets me do my thing, but I imagine he will gladly take care of your game and help you out in any way possible. Just keep in mind you are paying for a hunt much, much better than a public land hunt but it is still a hunt, not shooting fish in a barrel. I rate it as very good for the overall experience of hunting wild, never trapped, never caged animals.
