I rated logistics only as poor, as prior to the hunt very little info was provided without direct questioning. I have never recieved a reply from an e-mail that I sent more than a month prior to our hunt date. Additionally, although the bunkhouse was open, no one was at the camp upon our arrival on Thursday afternoon. The first camp personnel we met was after 10:00am on Friday morning, and we had to go to the headquarters or we would not have met anyone.

The guides were very good and worked hard to ascertain that all hunters had shot opportunities. Additionally, they put forth good effort to recover wounded animals, including the use of tracking dogs. I did not kill on this hunt, but other members of my direct party of 7 did. My lack of a kill would not effect my decision to hunt this ranch in the future.
