Yes - Unusually Warm Conditions
Weather Comments:
Very warm (highs in upper 80s) and dry during first few days of hunt, and had been that way for several days prior. I believe this had a huge negative impact on rut activity. Had severe thunderstorms on 4th day, which ruined most of the hunting for that day. Last day was cooler and dry, and elk were beginning to bugle more.
