I just could not say enough good about John and his wife Jenn. Everything he promised me the hunt would be (including the opportunity to take a color phase bear) was indeed so. I asked to be very close and very low in the stand - John totally accommodated my request. While my goal was to take a color phase bear, if I had gone to take two seven foot black bears, I could have had it done the first few hours of the first night and I saw plenty of color phase bears as well. Just an amazing hunt with amazing people in an amazing place. I'd recommend John and Jenn to anyone, anytime for any of the game animals commonly pursued in Alberta. Thanks John and Jenn for the hunt of a lifetime!

Weather Comments:
We missed one night of hunting because of torrential rains but it was not at all a factor. We spent more time on stand the next day. Bears were in and out continually all day and evening.
