This was a 7 day hunt. During time on stand I saw 337 whitetail deer. Saw 19 bucks of which 6 were in the 140-170" class. Was unable to close the distance on a desired buck. Was successful in harvesting a doe.
Boone has been in business for 12 years and is very professional with his operation. He is detailed and places the hunter in best places in regard to the wind. He is easy going,prompt and helpful with assisting his hunters. A major part of his business is "repeat" hunters. Boone is a bowhunter so he understands the needs of a bowhunter.
He offers the basics as for as lodging and food which is all that is important to me

It was 80 degrees three days of the hunt, 75 one day and 2 days snow was a factor. The weather was very unstable for the time of year. Normal weather for this time of year is 20 degree nights and 40 degree days.
