The hunt is very physically demanding and I would only recommend it to serious bowhunters. The guides are hardcore elk hunters and they are experts in their field. The horses are of the highest quality.

If you are looking for a relaxed environment and lush accommodations, then this hunt isn't for you.(Canvas tents, cookhouse, shower room) However, if you are looking for the opportunity to kill a quality bull elk on a backwoods adventure and are willing to put in the effort that it takes to get close enough to one of these critters to stick an arrow into him, then this is the hunt for you! It's intense, it's challenging both physically and mentally, it's exhausting, but in the end it is all worth it!

Taking a trophy bull with a bow and arrow on public land deep in the Wyoming wilderness is a damn hard thing to do. I'm very pleased with the efforts of Swift Creek Outfitters and especially my guide, Greg, put in to help me pull it off.
