I have been on 7 outfitted hunts over the last 14 years, it this was the best. Great camp, great [too much] food, and a guide in John who will go above and beyond to get you a bear. His camp sits next to I believe 69000 acres of provincial park land that cannot be hunted and he draws bears off this land to his baits. My buddy and I should have been tug out the first night, but for reasons that were OUR fault, we were not. We tug out on the 3rd and 4th night, and saw bears on every sit between. John has a relationship with these bears and knows what ones are on the baits, and he advises what ones to take. His bears are BIG, and they are hungry.
