My wife Heather and I spent last week hunting Black Bear with Yvon. As Archers Choice Posse Members we travel and hunt with several outfitters. The accommodations and hunting experience at La Griffe D'ours was everything we had expected from a first class hunting outfitter. During the week we encountered 20 bear in bow range. Heather was able to shoot a nice bear on day 4 and I shot this monster on day 6. Both hunts were captured on film. Yvon spends a tremendous amount of time developing his 80 bait sites. That was the reason we were able to see so many bear. They only shoot one bear per site per year regardless of the size of the bear shot. Every stand we hunted had trail camera photos of trophy bear. We had a great time and look forward to our next hunting adventure with Yvon and La Griffe D’Ours.
