I recommend this outfitter

I had the pleasure to hunt at Graham Outdoor Adventures during the Nov 2010 archery season. From the moment I met Keith and booked my trip at the Harrisburg Sports Show, I knew I had made the right decision. Keith was very personable, knowledgable and answered all my many questions. During the months leading up to my hunt, he periodically sent me trail cam pictures to give me an idea of the quality of deer I would be pursuing. When I arrived, I was given a complete tour of the lodge, which was very comfortable. We went over the rules of the camp and reviewed an aerial map of the entire property to acclimate me to all the stand sites. To ensure my bow was all dialed-in, there is very nice area to sight in your bow, which includes a raised platform to simulate shooting from a treestand.

Having survived a treestand accident earlier in my life, I was very concerned about the quality of treestands I would be hunting out of during my stay. I can attest the ladder stands I hunted out of all week were top notch, extremely solid and very comfortable, even for a big guy like me.

Keith knows his land, he does his homework and works very hard to help each of his hunters to be successful. This a free range operation and he monitors the deer activity that traverse his property on a regular basis. Each evening we reviewed the day’s deer activity, projected weather forecasts and every morning we re-verified the weather and wind direction and he would adjust as needed to ensure each hunter in camp was in the best possible location for the day. During the course of the week, the three hunters in camp saw a large number of deer. Keith was extremely accommodating to each hunter’s desires, whether they wanted to spend all day in the stand or if they wished to come in at mid-day to refresh and then go out again for the afternoon hunt

The accommodations were very comfortable and there was no shortage of good food. Each morning there were pre-made sandwiches, snacks and beverages available to ensure you did not go hungry while you were in the stand. Each evening we were treated to a big home cooked meal with all the trimmings. If you had any special needs, all you needed to do was to let him know.

Though I did not get my trophy this year, I was so impressed with the entire operation and the prospect of taking a world class whitetail deer; I booked another hunt with Keith for 2012. If you want a quality hunt in every aspect, give Keith Graham a call.
