Yvon runs one of the finest camps that I have ever been to. He and his son Phillpe are very professional. Yvon & Phillpe take great pride in every hunters success.When you do well they feel as if they have as good a trophy as you do. Plan on gaining weight when your there the food is that good. Plus Yvon does not charge extra for the bugs. (the Quebec Provincial bird- the mosquito.) There are a great number of Bear. It is all left to the hunters as to the size Bear you want to take. There are very few hunter that leave the camp without at least seeing a Bear. I recommend La Griffe d'Ours to anyone that wants the excitement of a spring Bear hunt!
