1. Although you know my shooting a mule deer is one of the primary reasons we visit your operation, you waited until I had been there a day and a half to inform me that most, if not all, your muley population had died off. As a result, I wasted three sits down on the river side where there used to be a strong muley population when you knew I wouldn’t see any. (1½ days wasted)

2. The trails and stands were unnumbered, or hadn’t been maintained in some time (loose, facing in wrong direction, or not fully marked and mapped)

3 Poor hunt planning. You even suggested repeatedly that we wait until the following morning – in the dark – to set up a blind in the spot I had selected as opposed to handling it the day before.

4. The food provided was certainly not very good with frozen pizzas and meals that you picked up at the bowling alley. This was capped off with my offer to cook my own food. This was met with your suggestion to run into town for dinner.

5. When I needed to get in touch with you during one of my hunts because the situation I was in was unhuntable, (1/2 day wasted) you could not be reached on your cell or house phone.

6. When I did get my buck, you inquired whether or not I needed help dragging it out! Of course…that is what I am paying my outfitter for For a while, it even appeared like I was going to have to skin it and cut it all up myself until Dean was able to assist.
