The facilities were very functional and the land we hunted was close in proximity to the lodge. The weather was terrible and warm the week we hunted. I still managed to have several encounters with many bucks. 2 bucks were well over the 160 mark, I passed on a mid 130 10pt at 15 yards. I did not harvest a buck but all the ingredients for a good hunt were present, thats why they call it hunting! 4 of the 5 guys in camp that week had opportunities at bucks over 130, 2 guys killed nice 3.5 year old bucks. They do not provide food so I cannot rate them on food, there were some restaurants close by that were very good. The guides were knowledgeable of the land, my guide Chad was new this year at WITO and did a very good job. The other guides were very friendly and reliable. I have been on a half dozen hunts in the mid-west, this will be the first outfitter that I will return too next season.
