I feel the booking agent misled us from the start with the type of hunting we would be doing they also said if the camp was not seeing any game after a few days we would be moved, which did not happen. Turns out the booking agent recieved a free hunt for the booking so he was busy hunting at the lodge while we were in an out camp. No one in our party saw any game. The "guides" didnt want to leave camp most of the time so we hunted/fished on our own when they just wanted to stay in camp and smoke. The food was poor @ best mac and cheese with hot dogs might cut it for my 4 year old niece on a daily basis but not a fully guided trip.The "guides" had never hunted with bowhunters before so the set ups were not good at all. The pictures in their add and web site @ the time showed a lot of nice moose which we later found out were taken by other guides during 9-11 when the main airports were closed and so the guides went out hunting from their planes since they had no hunters. We reported all of our hunt info to APOS with out many results. In some ways it was our own faults for not doing more research but we thought we had asked all the right questions but having never been on a guided hunt before we didnt ask the RIGHT questions. Lessons learned and applied to all future hunts.
