This was a 1 x 1 hunt. A buddy and I went and both had great guides. My buddy shot a nice 6 x 6 260"+ day 4 at 12 yards. I put sucsessful for myself even though I actually did not bring an animal home. Day 1 my guide called in 13 within 35 yards (half were within 20 yards). 4 of those were spikes that snuck in, 1 2 x 2, 1 4 x 4, 5 small to medium 5 x 5's and a brute 5 x 5 260" range that I passed up at 8 yards (my goal was a 6 x 6 over 300"s). Everyday we had action and seen some nice Bulls. I muffed 2 shots 1 at a very large 6 x 6 at 40 yards(panicked after the bull winded me at 28 and bolted 12 yards before stopping again) and also did the old richotett off the smallest of branches at a 280" range 6 x 6 at 39 yards. Stayed at the G-M dude ranch and ate like kings. Great hunt, Great lodging, and Good times. Guides were a blast. Thanks Vinny

We got lucky. The weather was hot the week prior and towards the end of our week. The bulk of our hunt the weather was cool and the Bulls were turned on.
