Not much of a story on my Elk. I harvested a mature cow on September 7th, I was guided by Joe and he called her in, I am a meat hunter so I was perfectly fine with a cow. She went not 30 yards after the shot and the work was on. Joe did all the skinning, boning everything, Thank you Joe! All my meat was taken care of and I have a freezer full of elk. Again, Sherman Creek Outfitters the best outfitting business in the State, need help in booking shoot me an email.
