What a great experience. My friend and I arranged a 2 on 1 management hunt with Simon Kyle-Little. We arranged to shoot additional trophys while we were there as well. He is the outfitter and guide and has been doing this on his 2 million acre concession for 28 years. He knows the animals and he knows the bush. We both shot nice bulls with our bows and a few cows. About 10 AM a consistent 10 to 20 mph wind gets up and allows for a good stalk. We also chose to rifle hunt as well and he has a nice .416 Krieghoff double rifle and Winchester .375 for a nominal rental fee. I had never used a double rifle before and it was a lot of fun in the thick stuff. I shot a total of 3 bulls, one with my bow, one the double, and one with a .375. The largest scored 104 SCI. Food was plentiful. The tent camp was comfortable. It is located next to a river with great drinking water. Generators and a pump allow for a flush toilet, hot showers, and a cold beer at the end of a long day in the bush. As a guide and a person, I simply can't say enough about Simon. What a pleasure to hunt with. I learned a great deal from him. This trip will make me a better hunter.
