I have hunted twice now with Mike Vaughn, owner of olympic mtn outfitters. Mike runs a top notch camp. He is a very hard working, knowledgeable guide. I can honestly say that every day I hunted with Mike I could have taken a blacktail buck. Mike works hard so every hunter has a shot at a deer. I will be going back several more times. Ryan, Your first hunt was quite interesting. The second pretty cool with e heck of an ending! I'm still wondering when you're gonna decide to kill an elk instead of a buck. As you know there's only 1 first trip and after that you keep getting better at hunting in places other than home. I guess they become home too eventually.
