They are Bad Bad news if you call them to book a hunt they will call you A.S.A.P. But if you must cancel a hunt don't wait for a call back I hunted with them in 2009 I hunted first & second shotgun seasons I did not see a shooter buck I was OK with that and thought I would give it another try, so in OCT of 2010 me and three buddies book a combo hunt for November 2011. Well I had to cancel the hunt in November of 2010. Well I called them three times and ask for a refund and sent them a E-Mail . Stacey or his wife would not return my calls or send me a refund. They will not honor their own refund policy.They say the will refund all but $250. if you cancel 90 days before your hunt well I cancel a year before my hunt. I called them again and ask if they would apply the deposit to a hunt in 2012 . Well in a couple of weeks I got a E-mail She told me they would do that,and not charge me a penilty that was so nice of them .Well I ask for my refund and If I want to go in 2012 I would send a deposit then. Check with Illinois BBB and you will see why they have a F RATING
