Most hunters have had bad experiences with outfitters at one time or another. I have had one really bad experience, but my trip to Wisconsin to hunt with Mr. Noskoviak more than made up for it. I seen 15 buck on my trip and four shooters came into a range of 15 yrds or less. I took my chance on an eight pointer that was at least 135 inches. Unfortunately for me, my bow string hit my bulky jacket, and I was not able to harvest the animal. The amount and quality of deer I seen was amazing. Mike is an excellent guide and if you book with him and listen to what he tells you, than there is a great chance for you to fulfill your dream at a trophy animal.

The food in camp was excellent home cooked meals, Mike makes sure all your needs are met from snacks to lunches made for your day on stand. Mike is all about the hunters as I noticed he makes sure all his clients get food first before his staff get food. I also noticed that when people in camp offered to help do little thing such as help with dishes the staff wanted to take care of it. They really treated the hunters in an A- plus manner.

The sleeping quarters were a small modest house that was able to bunk up to six hunters. The beds were made when we came in from our hunt. The fridge was stocked. Than beside the house was a nice lodge where we ate and socialized. There is satellite TV and a pool table. It was top notch.

Finally I want to reiterate that IF YOU LISTEN TO MIKE YOU WILL GET A GOOD opportunity. However if you get out of your stand and walk all over the place and spray sent in the area you will not see the deer. These are mature whitetail in a vast wilderness area, they are pressured by wolves, bears, and coyotes. They use the wind to sent check. Mike will always play the wind to your advantage.
