I've bowhunted for deer twice with Venture North. First time was in peak rut just outside the Bow Zone. Saw 6 bucks over 145 in 5 days. Cold, cold weather. No shots, but just might have been the best 5 days of deer hunting I've ever had. Two years later hunted south of Edmonton in September. Missed one good buck, but saw a typical 6x6 that is the largest buck I have ever seen in the wild. Other than those two bucks, did not see much at all. But again, a good hunt. Kevin is honest and works hard for his hunters. He is a bowhunter and knows stands, etc. When I can, I would be happy to hunt with him again. First rate outfitter.
