ATTENTION if you are taking off work, spending hard earned money around $3000 total with license airfare and would like to eat 2 day old donuts every morning and watch 7 dogs run though a house crapping on the kitchen floor as you eat noddles every night. Sit in a stand under a grain pile for elk and watch chipmunks during the elk rut, then this place is for you. Out of 11 guys 5 took off 2 and 3 days early, spent extra money to transfer airline tickets so we would not go insane. The hunting if you want to call it that, was terrible. The one morning I did go walking with Joe and a fellow hunter we were back to the lodge (which is an hour drive) by 9:00am in the morning. The whole experience from getting picked up from the airport was a complete joke. Not saying this for pay back saying this for all the hunters that save all year to do a dream elk hunt. Don’t do it. They could pay me money to go back and I wouldn’t. Don’t like being so negative, but in this case something needs to be done.
