Hunt was a disaster.I've been on serveral hunts with outfitters and I can't even explain how bad this hunt was. 11 guys in camp, was suppose to be a 1 on 1 hunt, only one actual guide,one kid and a guy who hunted there before. A 6 day hunt and season closed on the fifth day, hunted mostly public land, with no elk. Bad food, extremely bad communication, accomodations were ok. The kid "guiding" us, got lost twice, used a poor electronic caller and had only gun hunted deer a couple times. We were also bear hunting and had baited stands, but found out when we got there that it is illegal to hunt bear over bait in WA. Joe just said no one would find out. This guy does not care about giving anyone a good hunt, he is just scamming hunters for money. Stay as far away from sherman creek as you can.
