I'm a true bow hunter by heart but decided to take the rifle on this particular hunt. What makes Kevin's hunts so successful are a couple of key components:

His hunting knowledge is second to none being a very well established outdoor writer he truly understands the what it takes to harvest a trophy animal and works extremely hard to complete that goal for his client. Very low hunting pressure due to the amount of guys he takes each year, which I was very impressed with considering most of the other Alberta outfitters take about 50 guys per year Kevin's numbers are half that. Excellent placement of tree stands so your potential of shooting a world class buck is definitely in close reach. My brother watched six different bucks on his first day of the hunt all with in bow range. On the third day of his hunt he knocked down a beautiful non-typical scoring just under 150 taken at 25 yards.

The accommodations are excellent (sleeping qtrs, meals, ect...

Me, my brother and my buddy all took awesome bucks. I plan on going back to Kevin in a few years.
