I do not recommend this outfitter

Ted Jowatt Outfitting stole our money for a caribou hunt!! My second hunt with him and he bailed-got in trouble with Natural Resources in Maniotba and stole our deposits. First time I hunted with him he was great,second attempt very disappointing. His camp manager even tried to get our $4000 dollars back with no luck. I later heard from 4 other hnters from our home Province of Manitoba that he did the same to them. Went to court, won and still haven't got our money back. I am a booking agent and outfitter myself and he has no regard for his reputation.Stay way from this guy for sure. I even called and left a message that everyone goes through bad times and we would be willing to work some form of repayment back with no response.

Stay away and it is scary that Maniotba still lets him run his Bear camp!
