Hunter Comments

I would like to give my account of my November hunting trip with County Line Fish and Game. I had found this outfitter on the net as one of Ohio top outfitters. I had called Mr. Savage numerous times before my hunt but was unable to talk to him. This is understandable due to the fact like most of us he must support his family. The week before his wife told me to come in at 12:00 pm that Sunday to get set up. When we arrived to my surprise she didn’t remember telling me this. When I went to the camp I was surprised to learn three other hunters were staying extra days that we booked. The camp was as it had been told to me. I had seen many deer on stand and yes I had a huge buck encounter that leaves me shaking to this day when I think about it. These were the good things about this trip now for the not so good. In defense of Jay Glazewski who I feel was mistreated from beginning to the end. I am also guilty of saying cruel things about him and only hope that as my new friend he can forgive me. However I wanted to be on the good side of this outfitter after hearing them talk crap about every hunter, because I wanted to get my chance at a nice buck. The whole trip you guys cried about tips and how hard you worked, but the packed lunches and three meals a day were not provided. The night I left I ate a half cooked hotdog and when I told him I could eat another one cooked, I was told make it my F%$King self. Glen also would talk crap about shooting people in the head such as your own father Jason because of a dispute they had working together. I came to hunt not hear that crap. I would like to ask Jason what the law is for tagging game in Ohio. The bird he shot was not tug and the lame excuse that you wanted to see what Jay would say doesn’t fly. I would assume that the law was broke by not having a tag on it even if you were testing Jay. Who coincidently has served are country and displayed more integrity then you ever will. Jason you were caught in numerous lies. I was told I would hunt a farm that was fresh and had not been hunted. We walked in way after daylight because Jason and Glenn did not want people to go in early. I saw a grunt tube on the ground and pointed it out to you and you said the jerk before us kept losing it. So much for it being a fresh spot. Then 2 hrs before dark a hunter sat up 15 yards behind me. Hey but you said I could use that to my advantage. The next day I had to drive to this spot 35 minutes away I got lost and spent most of the morning trying to find it. The big buck encounter may have been a successful one if I didn’t have to walk up the side of a straight drop to get there. I know you went up there with a four wheeler before; it would have been nice if that buck wouldn’t have winded me from sweating from the walk. I also said I would come back and lied because I wanted you to continue to try and help me fulfill my dreams of harvesting a trophy. If you really want a tip don’t bitch about how much you get and focus on treating people better. I never did give you a tip but here is one, admit your mistakes and apologize to Jay for insulting him and his family. Also get rid of Glenn he was the biggest problem for everyone that was there. Feel free to come back at me because my conscience is clear.
