Hunter Comments

Camp was great. Gary, Joe and "wild" Bill super people and take great pride in their camp. The cabins where very comfortable. Fishing was great. Caught our share of walley and pike in the mornings. Bear movement was slow during hunting hours..do to factors as wind/rain/and berries. Overall good week and plan on trying it there again. Dad did shoot nice sow that week. That made my week.

Father & Son, Mike and Tom, were simply put, great guest, we feel as if they truly enjoyed their stay with us here at Horwood Lake Lodge, we know we all enjoyed their company during the week. The weather was not on their side, but they both put their time in the stands, making a succesful hunt for Mike, with all intentions of returning for next season. Mikes Thursday evening hunt was successful, and I think Tom was more excited about his Dad's success then Mike..Mike jumped right in with the processing of the animal, and we all enjoyed ourselves into the late night..with the jokes flying from Mr. Bill and Mike. We, here at Horwood Lake Lodge, appreciate the positive comments from guest who have had the opportunity to experience what we have worked very hard this year to provide to our guest.
