Lammie is a tremendous bow hunter himself. He truly understands the logistics and difficulties of hunting with a bow. His ranch in Zululand(which he personally owns) is an amazing place. The quantity and quality of the trophy animals is unbelievable. The food and lodging were top notch.
I was able to take all 4 of the animals on my wish list...including a red duiker. Lammie was very upfront about the long odds of me killing a red duiker with a bow. He was also very upfront with me on the long odds of killing a bush buck with a bow. By the wa yI did kill both of those animals. He is very straight up when discussing your hunt...I love that in a guide.
I brought my wife and 2 kids on this trip and Lammie also set up a Kruger Park tour which went off perfectly.
Dare to Bowhunt is a Bowsite sponsor now and I highly encourage you to talk to them about a trip to Africa. They have packages that will fit all budgets. Both of my kids were on the "Budget Hunt: which included management warthogs, management impalas, female blue wildebeest, female impalas, and monkeys.
These guys are true professionals and they treat you as guests. I loved the trip and can't wait to return.
