Camp Grayling is known for big bears. I saw many bears every evening but never the monster I was looking for. I killed my bear on day 5 and was able to enjoy the fabulous pike fishing for the rest of my trip. In all fairness, the weather was unusually cold. The lakes we were supposed to fly into were still frozen over. They said it was their latest spring in 25 years(just my luck)
