After bending over backward for this group for several years in a row, with 1/3 of their group not showing up (the busiest week of the season).Letting them stay at my house the night before going into camp for free, it took me by surprise to hear this response 4 years later. Yes, I did have a problem with the help that year, they were inexperienced and immature. And I did leave a day early that week to bring in another cook to camp to finish out the week. And when I left there was a guide there to help out with anything they needed. Maybe if they hadn't been chasing the young cook around, she would have dared to spend more time in the kitchen and bathrooms. As for taking their money I had to transferred the money from their friends who cancelled and took a lose each year from this group. When there is a problem and it is brought to my atttention I do my best to fix it. As I tell everyone if they have a problem to let me know, I am in the main lodge or out scouting. The deer hunt is not a fully guided hunt. I have been in the guiding business for 25 years and have several 100 happy clients.
