French chef umbelievable food....Beef Wellington in a puff pastry with reduction sauce is one of the simple meals. Everybody has postcards from famous people, they have Roosevelt and Churchill from 1943. Everybody but me shot at least once and you can kill 2 bears.($500) extra for second bear. I was hunting one bear and one bear only. Passed on a long shot. I have been after him for 2 years now. Big as a grizzly. I will go back. Also free fly fishing for native lake brook trout and char. 1 hour from Quebec city and night life. You can even chase whales in a zodiac in the St. Lawrence.
