Excellent opportunity to bowhunt big Mulies during the rut. My research revealed mixed reviews of this outfit but most of the hunters that gave good opinions were seasoned bowhunters. This is a very challenging hunt due to the open terrain, but the animals were there and a well planned and executed stalk would produce an opportunity most of the time. Five hunters took 4 deer as follows; (all gross green scores) 204" (36" wide) Mule Deer, 186" Mule Deer, 182" Mule Deer and a 150 class Whitetail (all spot/stalk). The only hunter who didn't take a buck missed a 180 class buck at 23 yards (I video taped the shot) and had several additional shooting opportunities at big Mule Deer. I would recommend this hunt to anyone wanting a big late season, hard horned Mule Deer providing you have some open country spot/stalk experience.
