Hunter Comments
I recommend this outfitter

This was my second trip to Indian Summer Outfitter. The first time I went was in 2005, with six buddies and I shot a 4 x 4 mule deer with a rifle. Everyone had opportunities, but as hunting goes not everything always works out. Four of the six had taken mule deer. I saw some good elk just could not connect with them. My second trip was in September of 2007, for a ten-day bowhunt. My guide and I decided we would hunt our way back to camp and on the first hour of my ten-day hunt I shot my first 6 x 6 elk at 50 yards, which in turn gave me plenty of time to pick out a nice mule deer. Of course the weather in Montana is kind of unpredictable in that elevation. There was anything from 65 degree weather down to snow on the ground. Sleeping accommodations made the snowy mornings nice to be in the tent by the woodstove. The meals that were provided were better than some that you get at home. I highly recommend if anyone enjoys hunting hard and having a good time should go with Indian Summer Outfitter.

Outfitter's Response
Agree

Did you actually tell Lisa you eat better in Montana than at home? LOL You forgot to include in your review that you are the luckiest hunter ever and results may vary. A ten day hunt and a 300 class bull on the ground in the first hour! Followed up with another bull on your 2008 hunt... I can't believe your gun huntin' buddies haven't decided to join you for a bow hunt. You're keeping it a secret aren't you? Take care and thanks for the kind words. See you this September .... Joe
